Return / Refund Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for manufacturing/ shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be canceled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
We have a strict no cancellation policy on any finance order. Once final documents have been signed the customer can not cancel order or be refunded.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. The product must also be unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded/credited. Customer must contact Wright CNC within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact the customer to notify you in 5-7 days if we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this can vary depending on payment method).
Custom equipment configurations cannot be returned.
Due to irreversible fees a standard 20% restocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns.
If you have used your equipment and realize that it is not the right equipment configuration for you, please contact us and we will answer any questions you may have. We may suggest selling on Ebay or craigslist as the best alternatives to recoup your investment. By selling the equipment yourself, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
