CNC Milling

Wire EDM
Ideal for tight internal radii, fine features, and complex profiles where conventional machining reaches its limits.
Our Fanuc 1B submerged wire EDM (12” × 18” × 12” capacity) enables machining of hardened materials and intricate geometries without distortion
Manual & Support Machining
Manual turning, milling, drilling, and grinding (OD, ID, surface) complement CNC operations to ensure parts meet final specifications. Precision horizontal band saw cutting 12” capacity, auto-feed.
These capabilities are essential for secondary ops, quick adjustments, and low-volume modifications without disrupting production flow.
Light Fabrication & Assembly
We provide basic fabrication, bending, and assembly services to deliver ready-to-integrate components or subassemblies, reducing internal workload on your team.
Subcontracted Outside Processing
From coatings and heat treatments to specialized finishing, we manage qualified partners and oversee the entire process. You receive fully completed parts with verified quality, without coordinating multiple vendors.
